Cancellation Policy

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is as follows:

24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any charges.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, we will charge the full amount of the treatment (100%) to your stored card details.
Outside the 24-Hour Window: You can cancel or reschedule without charge, and we’ll be happy to find a new appointment time for you.
